This is a community hobby project built to help students prepare for the PhilNITS / ITPEC Information Technology Passport (IP) Examination. Our goal is simply to make reviewing past exam questions more convenient and accessible.

This service is and will always be completely free. We do not charge any fees, accept payments, or sell any products. If anyone asks you to pay for access to this website, it is a scam.

Exam Content Attribution

All exam questions featured on this website are sourced from publicly available past ITPEC examinations. These questions remain the intellectual property of ITPEC and PhilNITS. They are reproduced here solely for non-commercial, educational review purposes. The original exam materials can be found on ITPEC’s website:

ITPEC Usage Policy

ITPEC’s policy on the use of past examination questions (found on the IP and FE past exam pages) states:

No permission or usage fees are required for the use of the questions in the past examinations published here, for educational purposes, such as exercise books or textbooks, unless contrary to the purposes of the examination. Copyrights are not waived. The source must be shown as (Year Season, Exam Category, (Subject), Question number).

How We Comply

• Educational purpose only — This website is a free, non-commercial study tool for students.
• Source attribution — Every question is labeled with its original source (e.g. 2023 Spring, IP, Q1) as required by ITPEC.
• Modifications clearly marked — Explanations, hints, answer rationales, and category classifications were added by the developers of this website and are clearly distinguished from original exam content.
